Our practice of architecture consists of professional services related to the Design and Construction of new buildings, design, and modifications to existing buildings including rezoning processes, development permits and building permit applications, construction management and post-occupancy evaluations including warranty inspections.

Analysis of existing infrastructure and life cycle costing analysis, - Urban design
Provision of preliminary studies, code analysis, developed designs in the schematic design and design development phases of the work, models, drawings, specifications, and technical contract documentation including envelope design and detailing, - Interior design
Design of interior spaces that meet the needs of the users in a way that enhances the lives of those who live and work in projects we have designed. Coordination of technical documentation prepared by other consultants including engineers, and other specialist consultants as required for each project. - Contract administration during the construction phase of the project
