This Industrial tilt-up project is located in Aldergrove, Township of Langley, consisted of two buildings with office and warehouse occupancies. These two buildings have an overall building area of 13, 910 sq.m. Each building features one front-parked, rear-load building with more elaborated design on the front elevations. Offices are located at the corners of each building to benefit from easier access and maximum natural daylight. Entrances of each unit are distinguished using L shape canopies and vertical accent color bands.
Client request for a vibrant facade on the street side prompted us to add the accent color of blue as well as some texture using form liners to the tilt-up panels and highlighting the natural formability of concrete material. This project is currently in design development phase.
