This project consists of two, 2-storey light industrial buildings with a total footprint of 61,000 sq.ft. and a total floor area of 79,000 sq.ft. The buildings will be designed to be similar with similar features, however a higher level of design detail will be attributed to the Southwest corner of Building ‘E’ which faces 153rd Street and 68th Avenue
