Located within Maple Ridge on Katzie First Nation Reserve #1, this project represents a logistics centre dedicated to meeting the intricate operational demands of industrial enterprises within the Pitt Meadows vicinity. The facility encompasses two warehouses with a focus on optimizing functionality and operational efficiency. The façades feature a series of 16 panels depicting the genesis story of the Katzie Nation, created by the prominent local artist Rain Pierre.
The comprehensive development of the site extends to the surrounding landscape, incorporating an intricate network of pedestrian pathways and healing gardens that prioritize ergonomic design for optimal comfort and accessibility. Furthermore, the project includes public art installations at strategic locations on the site, such as a prominent eagle sculpture at the primary intersection, enhancing its aesthetic and cultural elements.
