Lake City Way

Lake City Way is 1.3 Million sq ft. purpose built sound stages for Bridge Studios. Opening in 2024, Lake City Studios will consist of 21 sound stages on a highly secure campus. The site area will accommodate all Base Camp services and requirements for film truck parking. There will be 1200 parking spots on two levels of secured below grade parking. The underground parking will also accommodate 50,000 sq ft. of mill shops and set assembly. There will also be 9 full size production offices including 50,000 sq ft. of costumes, set design and props space on three levels outside of the stages. The stages are designed to have 40 foot of clear ceiling heights. Upon completion, Lake City Way Film Studios will be state of the art and be the most technologically advanced sound stages available in the World.
