The office component includes a full-height atrium beneath a 50 square meter skylight, and a generous second floor patio. Numerous Building Code alternative solutions were employed to meet the client’s various specifications. Environmental considerations include a high albedo TPO Roof and the inclusion of habitat compensation bioswales that tie into the adjacent site.
