Studio Bottega is 850,000 sq ft. Sound Stage facility in Mississauga, Ontario for use in film and television. The project consists of 3 buildings, 2 of which are sound stages and the third is an above ground parking structure. The Sound Stages are sound attenuated black box spaces for use in the film industry that are complete with Office and Support Spaces. The Sound Stage buildings are positioned on the North and South sides of the site and are separated by an above ground parking structure that also contains the Administration building and Millwork Shops for the construction of sets for the Sound Studios.
The site is fully secured and accessed through a security gate. The perimeter of the sound stages are designated areas for Base Camps / Circus Parking. Production crews and staff access the site from the security gate off of Maritz Drive and the Base Camp trailers and service vehicles access the site from a designated and a shared service road. The rooftops of the facility buildings are either designated for solar panels (PVC’s) or as event / amenity areas.
